We created a replica of the vodoo doll but added no magic to it. We did not tell the person it was a fake and we tried doing things to it in front of them. They suffered no effect and thanked us for breaking the curse. We had to explain that we were just testing to see if it was all in thier head or not.
Our next tests involved doing things to the doll in a seperate room from the subject. Although the subject could not tell exactly what we were doing to the doll they (with a 95% accuracy could tell when something had been done. This leads us to believe that the doll has been cursed.

Magic School Exams
We are currently running our first set of exams in our magic school. 14 people are taking tests and 7 of them want there results published. We will publish the reslts Here.
In other news: We have been hired to research a vodoo doll that someone has. They claim that it was made by someone else to torment them but now they are in possesion of it and claim that it actually works and they cannot let it out of their sight. We are currently experimenting. I will keep you posted.

Job 3
Our 3rd job turned out not to be of the paranormal nature... A newly wed couple had moved into thier new home to find it was huanted. Messages kept appearing and other stereotypical things associated with hauntings kept happening. We were sure from the begining that it was a hoax. We sent Guffy to check it out.
He set up our recording equipment and conducted some tests but found nothing supernatural. He did find, however, that the mans x-girlfriend was breaking into the house using a coathanger through the letterbox. She is now banned from going near them.
We charged the couple only for our expenses but they donated £100 pounds as a thank you!

Job 2
Job 2 was a reletively simple anti-curse with a twist. A young woman had been cursed by psychic for refusing to pay. Whether or not the psychic had managed to invoke a curse or whether the woman had called it upon herself out of fear we still do not know but the curse was a strong one. Normally to banish a curse we would not need to travel to the persons home but we wished to record the events first hand. The woman was unable to go near plants without them dying. If she was in a room for longer than a few hours with any sort of plant it would die. She was worried that the effect would be the same on animals and people so we thought we should go there first hand. We discovered, through meditation and using our abilities, that she was indeed sucking the life from things around her and using the power to increase her own misfortune. She was also right in thinking the effects would pass to creatures but they were too small to have any long term damage. We used a combination of spells, potions and getting her in touch with her own Personal Diety to dispell the curse with no problem. The woman (due to her unique ability) is now on the ChooseMagic coven watchlist.

Job 1
The ChooseMagic coven are always looking for new ways to increase or improve our magic. Our team are dedicated to exploring the arcane arts and finding a place for them in modern society. When the 4th member joined I saw real magic for the first time. I saw our causing effects from what people could only describe as magic. It was then that we decided to create a Think-Tank .
Our first job (other than potion making or spellcasting) was an excorcism. The young man in question was not possesed by a deamon or spirit but by a fragment of his own soul. Our leader (john: age 84) tried several potions but to no avail. I could see and communicate with his diety but the fragmented soul had already created a diety of its own. It appeared to me in the shape of a vulture. My own diety Starphin takes the form of a manta ray and was no match for the fury of Kexis. It was our Dream-Weaver (Elizabet: age 20) that prevailed in the end. She spent nearly 30 hours in a trance and walked the maze of the mans mind. At the end of it she let out a wail that curdled my blood. The man recovered slowly but in a month was wholey cured of the split-soul. We captured the escence of it and store it sefely. It is undergoing tests.
